Sock It To Me

Sock It To Me sells fun, funky socks—socks with tacos, cupcakes, ninjas, mustaches, unicorns and other things magical. Here at Sock It to Me, we continually strive to make quality products with unique and original designs, while providing value and top-notch customer service. We honestly love our socks and hope you do too!

Now you can find Sock It to Me socks all over the globe, from the U.S. to the U.K. and beyond. But it all started with a tent at an outdoor market, a desk in my messy bedroom, and the courage to approach our very first wholesale customer, Naked City in Portland, who still sells our socks to this day. (Thanks, Julian!)

The story really began for me at age 26, when my search for a “real job” came up short. With a good job history, college degree, and earnest motivation, I found it hard to believe that I couldn't find work—let alone, work that was satisfying. It was then I remembered the amazing socks I had fallen in love with in Korea while teaching English there years earlier. They were thick, stretchy, colorful, and affordable. They were unique, and I really liked them. I thought people back in the States might also like them. So after a good year and a half of deliberation, I decided to go forward, and—taaa daaa!—Sock it to Me was born in 2004.

Now we operate as a small (but awesome and way talented) team of around 20 employees.

It’s been fun building this brand and this story. I get so much joy from our customer interaction, and I hope your experience with Sock It to Me is pleasant, as well.
